Peeing sitting down lowers the risk, too; it sounds silly but when one stands up to do no 1, really small amounts or urine is left in there (as opposed to sitting down, I don't know maybe it's an angle thing?) and over the years it increases the risk of getting prostate cancer signficantly (as compared to doing it sitting down all ones life). Masturbation probably has about the same effect -- it gets rid of the old stuff.
