Generally, if someone makes it sound like I'll hear from them again before I need to take any action on an issue, I move on to another problem.

Fixing this bug seems more important to you than it does to them, so continuing to bump the bug, ideally with enough details that it takes more work to ignore it, sounds like the best thing to do.</description>
