  1. Unfortunately, none of them are any good at economics. Political pandering, yes. Basic economics, no.

  2. Barack's been the most human. I guess he's not above a little rhetoric in the same way that the sea is not above the clouds, but he does seem like the one candidate of the three to be able to get some actual congress reform going. Out with private interests, in with transparency.

I guess the Bill Clinton clip everyone's been linking - the one where he says something like "If you get to choose between two people and the first wants to make you scared and the other wants to make you think, choose the one that wants to make you think" - has its points as well. (Also, crying is not "finding your voice". And if "crying" means "finding your voice", what good is all that "experience"? I guess it just means entrenchment.)

  3. Poll results like this really disappoint me. They show that most people no longer care about the Constitution anymore - people only care about what the government will give to them.

I mean, seriously, we have 2 socialists and 1 "democrat" running - is that really the best America has to offer??

But socialism sounds so good. Everybody gets what they want. And those mean old corporations will get it in the shorts.

People always want to stiff corporations, but what they always fail to realise is.... where do corporations get their money?

    From consumers, that's where.

    Who's that? That's us.

So, we're screwing ourselves by stiffing corporations.

We sure do have a most excellent education system in the US & A, don't we? 🙄

  6. I am amazed that the only two options on the table in this discussion are (apparently) "socialism rules!" and "corporations rule!". Nuanced.

  7. Ron Paul.

  8. Hey, at least it's not Soviet Russia...I hear all kinds of strange things happen there. 😛

  9. In Soviet Russia, strange things happen to you! 🙂
