If that's not a concern, go ahead - I don't imagine you'd have a problem. Be aware that the Cyndicate database is actually a bundle containing both posts and ratings data files. My Cyndicate database is over 175 MB, so if you check for or delete posts in Cyndicate frequently, the only problem I foresee is that you might be uploading a lot of data far too frequently.
