I've been doing videos of the presentations at one of the Phoenix developer groups and being able to upload it as one file is a huge plus. Other than that, youtube generally wins out. YouTube is no problem, but for Vimeo I just get the startup screen and nothing else. Kind of turned me off to them (even if it isn't their problem).
