QotD: Vista

Question: Longhorn is apparently going to be known as "Vista." Do you like the name?

My Answer: No. And the funniest comment I've read today was "Hasta la vista, baby!" 🙂

  1. "vista - noun, a pleasing view, esp. one seen through a long, narrow opening"

Does that says "tunnel vision" or what?

  3. The word Vista will always remain to me, my favorite AfterDark screen-saver.

  4. Vista as defined by Bartleby:

    A distant view or prospect

I am *so* going to hell.

  5. they can call it whatever they wont. it'll still be too little too late as far as i'm concerned.

Vista is about as catchy as "95" was though, so whatever.

    - Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture VISTA is the primary repository of clinical, administrative/financial, and infrastructure data in VA
