Creative Gets $100M from Apple?

Really? Yes. And this quote about says it all:

"Creative is very fortunate to have been granted this early patent," Apple's CEO Steve Jobs said in a press release.

    Well, what can they say really? Creative had this interface in their Nomad a year before the Ipod first launched in the retail market. Seeing as Creative filed for the patent first, I don't see how Creative can be in the wrong.
