Anonymous Comments

I've never really allowed anonymous comments. This pretty much sums it up.

  1. By this definition, this comes out as an "anonymous comment" since it uses a fairly unique identifier instead of my given name. If you want to find out the real me, it shouldn't be too hard--just do a google search on my "name" and look at my homepage as the top entry.

I've never had a big problem with a single pseudonym. My comment policy requires a valid email address, though, and I think that's key.

People who have a single pseudonym are as non-anonymous as if you posted with your real name… so long as you have a valid email address, too.
