California Bans Spam

Does an email address from a California-based company (say, one ending in "@mac.com") count in the recent ban on spam in CA? Good luck enforcing that one. 🙁

  1. Unless you're buying email lists and "spamming" people who don't use your products you should be fine. Unless of course some wise guy gets the idea that he never opted-in in the first place even after purchasing one of your products. Where does it end?
