QotD: Thanksgiving
Posted November 26th, 2003 @ 11:53pm by Erik J. Barzeski
Question: What do you cook for Thanksgiving?
My Answer: My family makes turkey. However, as they're in PA, I'm sure they'll enjoy their turkey. Me, I'm hoping to catch some trout, and I'll make those. Oh wait, they might not be in season anymore… scratch that. I'm ordering a pizza. 🙂

I'ver never cooked anything fully by myself, in recent years I have halped in making something. Two years ago, I helped my father fry a turkey. All you need to do is get a big-ass pot, several gallons of oil and a bird. Stuff that sucker in there and the bird is cooked in merely 90 minutes as opposed to six hours or so. It's pretty damn good.
Happy Thanksgiving!
