Ontario Maple Syrup. There was this one Shell gas station near Sudbury that had syrup they harvested from their own orchard. It was the best...
...sadly the acid rain drifting up from the States eventually sickened most of the maple trees and first quality dropped then the gas station stopped producing entirely. I miss that syrup. The stuff you buy at the supermarket just isn't the same.

Log Cabin, Honey(not really a syrup) or Raspberry -- it depends on the usage.
