   Mortgage only as I just cleared my credit card.

   This of course neglects my debt to the "Bank of Mom" which I was working on paying off until I gave her grandkids. Now I'm not allowed to pay her anything if it can go into savings for the kids. 🙂

   Been very lucky financially the last 7 years. Paid off over $25,000 of credit card debt, paid off two cars, and now only have a mortgage - which I redid to a 10 year at 5% last January.

   4: 1x car, 1x college, 2x mortgage.

   None, but I am two-three weeks away from marrying into two student loans, which will be summarily paid off by the end of the summer because I hate non-mortgage debt of any kind.
