   24 icons, at 48x48 pixels on a desktop composed of two screens: 1680x1050 + 1280x1024. Which gives about 7.8 icons per megapixel.

   Not sure how to tell the icon size, but I have 7 icons on my desktop. Two screens: 1600x1200 + 1280x854.

   Sorry - forgot the last question. That's 2.32 icons per megapixel. I like a clean desktop. 🙂

   This seems like an rerun or twist on an old QOTD... maybe the older one was about the dock.

   I potentially and frequently have 136 icons (probably 100 at the moment) on a 1024 x 1280 screen. Wuzzat 1.3 megapixels? Icon/MP ratio of ten? One?

   If you think that's bad, you should see the house.

   4 icons at 80 x 80. My screens are 1280x1024 and 1280x854, so that's 2.4 megapixels and 1.67 I/MP.

   Clean! But my actual DESK is a total sty.

   Two icons-- my hard drive and my iDisk -- at 80x80 with my screen resolution at 1440x900.

   I have 3 at 128x128 and 23 at 48x48 icons on a 1024x768 screen, which is, what, .8 megapixels? So thats 26/.8, which is 25 I/MP. Heh. Although, to be fair, I have my desktop set to display the contents of my home (~) directory plus links for Trash & Network Folder.

    1280 x 1024 + 1024 x 768

    32pix Iconsize (everything else is blasphemy *g*)

    right screen: no icons (read: screen snap icons have not yet populated the second screen)

    left screen: 27 icons, 16 are screen snaps

    Google said this was 12.87 i/MP ..

    6 48x48 icons: 3 local drives, 2 network drives and a TODO folder. 2 monitors both at 1600x1200, 3.84 megapixels, .64 icons per megapixel
