This is a good ad? So much for reliability. But hey, it's good to know that at least Microsoft can help you with all of these problems (the ad concludes with the "we can help" message).
P.S. Robert Scoble, pay attention. Even MS knows they have problems. The horror! The pain!

That is most definetly not a good advertisement. If it is not watched to completion, it is anti-M$. Even if it is watched to completion, it is still admitting that when using M$ products, you will probably end up needing M$ support.
