Nicely taken. Camera quality is only one part of a good picture. Good composition, colour, and interplay between light and dark all play a major role.
While I'm routinely annoyed with the quality of my mobile phone's camera, I still sometimes get some decent photos out of it. In a lot of these, you can spot some awful chromatic aberration; painfully obvious on the edges of bright patches.
