I recently drove to Erie from Raleigh, NC and had 3G coverage on my iPhone the entire trip...until I reached the 'no man's land' on I-79 between Pittsburgh and the entire Metro Erie area. What a bummer, but not surprising. It's good to see AT&T finally got around to activating the 3G towers. Better late than never.
