Oh, silly FSN and their prepared graphics… But they were right to wonder: who is is better?

All that preparation time and they still managed to mangle the English language...
May we humbly suggest they replace "who's" with "whose" and use the apostrophe to properly shorten "stache" as " 'stache" ?
