I went with someone special to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for dinner tonight. It was good. The waiter (Matthew) never said the "'s" part of "Ruth's" and it annoyed me. I got a baked potato and brought the sweet potato home for lunch tomorrow. I'm in a bit of a funk right now, for a variety of reasons, but some friends did their best to pull me out, and that made me at least appreciate that I've got some friends willing to do their best to pull me out of a funk. 🙂

While, I am no expert... I really thought that restaurant didn't have the s either. I was only there once, and thought the food was unbelievable! (And there are some really good steak houses in Montreal)

Funny thing, I know so many people who are huge fans of Ruth's and I just didn't care for it that much. I've been twice ... the first time was pretty good and the second time was simply mediocre ... and I'll probably never go again given the available of better steak restaurants.

My buddy worked at Ruth's for several years, and so I used to go clubbing with several of the staff there. They all used to call it Ruth's. That's my whole point.
