Does anyone have any comments on Hot Yoga or Bikram Yoga?
It's $10/session (for a ten-session pass) here at YogaErie. I hate heat but it might be an interesting experience.

it's something you have to try at least once, hang in there at the end of the session it's worth it when you've finished. As a beginner I found it felt safer than regular Yoga, less chance of overdoing it or pulling something.
