My Big Fat Greek Suckiness

The movie wasn't bad. Heck, it was in theaters here for about eight months. Now it's a TV show. The downside? What worked as a movie simply doesn't work as a television show. Nia (the main gal) showed no comedic timing and some of the other actors - fine actors normally - simply failed to impress.
The show is very much like "Everybody Loves Raymond" and the fact that it was on right after ELR made that even clearer (I don't watch ELR anymore). It's another "annoying family that lives close by and intrudes on a married couple's lives with their eccentricity" show. Someone poke me when it's been cancelled. Until then… :-zzz
