QotD: Nickname

Question: What's your favorite and least favorite nickname (for yourself)?
My Answer: "EB" because my hockey team called me that, and so did my high school soccer coach, and those were good times. "Brainy Smurf" because the dickhead bullies at school in fifth grade called me that, and those were bad times.

I was rather fond of "EB" as well, though it got a bit tedious the summer I worked at Electronics Botique.
I never really had a least favorite nickname. Freshman year of high school, I got tagged with "Kareem Abdul Jablair" because I wore goggles that looked kinda like Kareem Abdul Jabbar's after I had eye surgery. At first, it drove me crazy, but eventually it grew on me. Thankfully, it eventually got shortened to either Kareem or Jabliar - the whole thing was a bit of a handful.
Every so often, somebody from school will see me and shout out "KAREEEEM!" We get some wierd looks, but it's a good way to start a conversation 🙂
