QotD: Artifact
Posted August 1st, 2003 @ 08:38am by Erik J. Barzeski
Question: If you could discover one item that belonged to someone in history, whose would it be and what would it be?
My Answer: The Holy Grail. After all, if Monty Python and Indiana Jones can't get to it, then it'd certainly be an accomplishment if I could find it. The Ark came in second, followed by some miscellaneous artifacts from some random scientists and rulers.

Not a good answer, because it doesn't exist... 🙂

The top crystal of the pyramid of gizah, maybe? It doesn't belong to a person i would think (no, its not Jean Michel Jarre's).
Or some electrical lamp from the (now mostly gone) Muesum Of Baghdad. Which was unique in case ANYone here cares.
Hmm I would also be interested in what art*e*fact the many sub-miniature springs and pieces of metal that were found in a russian area would combine to it theoretically put together. I would have provided a link, if I found it in my data mess:-/
I'm weird.
