   Sell the zip, the superdrive, and one of the hard drives. Give it only power and ethernet, then stuff it deep into a closet to be the bitch (for distributed building). 🙂

   I'm going to say "no comment" to your question, Brian, simply because that could cause problems if someone, somewhere, ordered his before or after me and did or didn't get it before or after me. AFAIK, I got it right in line with other people's order dates.

   FWIW, my "on or before" date was always 9/30/03. I never had an August ship date.

   Congratulations on the new G5 Erik! I would agree the extra box might work well as a distributed build node. You could probably install a game server on it as well. Write some AppleScripts to allow toggling ether service on/off as you need resources.

   Cool! At least somebody's getting a 2 gig G5. And no, Airbone does not ship on Saturday unless they paid extra for it. You're gonna have to wait until Monday.
