iSkin, Take Two

Today I bought an iSkin Exo2. I got it for something like 50% off due to the fact that I ordered a tangerine iSkin Exo in July and I still don't have it. This is fine - this is good customer service, and I'm appreciative (I'm not too appreciative of the minimum choice in shipping: $7.50!). However, I've gotta ask: what took so freakin' long! And hey, folks, I'm still waiting to hear back from you on my iSkin!
P.S. I got graphite.
