iCab 3.0 Betas and CSS Support

It's amazing what a little CSS support can do for iCab. Particularly for the way the FSS site appears. I'm particularly interested in iCab - I used it a while back and it has some nice features. Bringing it back to relevancy (it hasn't been since it fell behind the CSS curve, though it hung on to a few users) will only make Safari, OmniWeb, etc. better browsers.
