QotD: Hold

Question: How much time do you estimate you spend "on hold" in a given week?

My Answer: About 30 minutes. When placing or checking on orders, when talking with customers and clients, when trying to figure out what the hell Florida is doing about my license.

    Of course I spent about 1/2 hour every week sorting email.

    I can't remember the last time i was on hold.. It must have been at least a year ago.
