Movie Trailers in iTMS

Well, it's officially an iTunes Music Store, Video Edition lunch for me today. Another question: why can't I download trailers via the store for play on my iPod? It seems like a logical extension.
I can download movies from http://apple.com/quicktime/trailers/ and convert them for use on the iPod. Why can't Apple provide "iPod Trailers" within the iTunes Music Store alongside the regular movies?
Safari's Automator actions include the ability to download images from a web page but not .mov files. I have an AppleScript that will pull the .mov file's URL out - I wonder if I can get it to work with the "Download URLs" Automator action…?
Also, the "Export to iPod" action does not appear in Automator. I've even tried building it from the source myself. It just doesn't appear.

Slightly OT, I know, but how about these?

Videos of interviews with the following available:
Macintosh OS programmer Andy Hertzfeld (9/6)PayPal co-founder Max Levchin (9/13)Sun Microsystems co-founder Bill Joy (9/20)Internet Archive founder Brewster Kahle (9/27)Internet publisher Tim O'Reilly (10/4)Father of RSS Dave Winer (10/11)Autodesk co-founder Dan Drake (10/19)
I usually just read the transcripts myself but I just downloaded the short video of the latest one, and it's 320x240 - that's the right size for the iPod screen, isn't it?

The iPod plays videos of a certain kind and format. It'll play others, too, but strictly speaking, "iPod Video" is a certain format (audio and video).
