I like parts of it. the gratuitious reflective dock, for example. and the UI for some new features, like stacks. (how long have they sat on that patent? seems like a long time now..)
The transparent menubar strikes me as being pretty lame...
But any changes to the Finder must be improvements... 🙂

Looks nice, though very graphic intensive. The ol' sawtooth is pretty taxed as it is with 10.4. Might be time to retire it...
The unified look is long overdue. Good to get everything looking the same and cleaned up.
OMG, just noticed the resizable textedit in Safari 3. Awesome! 😀
