Humidity

Without giving it a lot of thought, answer this question in your mind:
As relative humidity increases, does air get denser or less dense?
Now think about it for a little while. Do you get the same answer?

I've heard that a ball will go farther when the humidity is up. So I would imagine that as the relative humidity increases, the air gets less dense.

if the water molecules were just in addition to what was already there, then it would go up.. but that probably won't actually happen. The water molecules will instead be replacing some of the other molecules, but water molecules weigh significantly less than N2, O2, and CO2, so density would have to go down.
