Dope – Two-Sided Printing

I'm a dope.

I just now realized that my HP LaserJet 1320 (it's been a great printer for our house) can print on both sides of a sheet of paper.

D'oh.

That'll save me over 60 sheets of paper when I finally print my pre-qualifying level courses for the PGA program.

  1. No, it won’t save you 60 sheets of paper, because you’d have applied the “even pages, reverse order / odd pages normal order” rule.

    Hmmm? Yes it will.

I was going to have to print about 124 pages. Now I printed about 63.

Pages 1 and 2 are now page 1. Pages 3 and 4 are now page 2. Pages 59 and 60 are now page 30...

  3. Hmm, the Amazon info for that printer doesn't say it can do two sided.

I have a Brother laser printer that doesn't do 2 sided but I print on both sides by first printing all the even pages, then putting those pages back in and printing all the odd pages. It's not as convenient though.

    Really? For me it says:

Automatic 2-sided printing, 16 MB RAM, expandable to 144 MB
