Installed.
For a major version upgrade, things (the UI, the functionality, etc.) remained surprisingly consistent. A lot of back end tweaks.

Though the upgrade to 3.0 was smooth, I am even more disappointed about the amount of changes to themes that are required for any of the new features to work. I can definitely see the appeal of some of the meta-themes and can't wait until the power they provide is simplified and actually baked into WordPress.
