How do you get 85% out of that? Don't regular toilets get, depending on your interpretation, something like 700% more water?
This urinal: 1/8th of a gallon.
Normal urinals: 8/8ths of a gallon.

If our urinal uses 15% of what the other brand uses (underselling, but approximately correct). they must use 85% more (to get to 100%).
