tcsh to bash

It's been 10 years this month since "upgrade from tcsh to bash" was placed on my to-do list. It's starting to look hopeless.

I still use tcsh. Yeah, whatevs. 🙂

    haha, I still use tcsh too. However, there is one case where I switch to bash: when I need to redirect STDERR to STDOUT. Redirection is much more logical in bash.
