Cool. Also, here's a very good article on concussions as they relate to Crosby.

Evolution of Man

Two versions, same theme. I think I like the second one better (first one courtesy of Zero Drop). The second, well, it's on the wall here.

Stanford Legacy Video

Wow. Apparently Amelia and her navigator were stranded on a small island for awhile, tried to survive, and ultimately perished. I wrote a report on Amelia when I was small (fifth grade perhaps?). I wonder if they'l find her bones.

Katie Herzig has one of those unique voices that, with the right melody and song, seem to fit just perfectly.

Do Something

"The best thing you can do is the right thing; the next best thing you can do is the wrong thing; the worst thing you can do is nothing." - Theodore Roosevelt

"Use what talents you possess, the woods will be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best." - Henry van Dyke

Zooey iPhone 4S Ad

One has to wonder how similar to this character (and the character she plays on New Girl) Zooey really is. I'd bet fairly close.

I'm fairly certain I signed up originally so that I could get three free logo golf balls (I have a small collection of about 600 such golf balls). 2005 was a long time ago! This past Christmas they sent me a little tiny sweater, perfectly sized to fit over a barrel of Maker's Mark. It's […]

Length of Time != Good

It's a common logical fallacy that the length of time a person spends doing something is directly proportional to their abilities at that thing. For example, from a decade or so ago, "I've been training weimaraners for 40+ years." I'm sorry, but that doesn't mean you've been doing it well.
