Says Steve Ballmer, the man whose platform and OS ran Napster for quite a few years: iPod users are music thieves. We’ve had DRM in Windows for years. The most common format of music on an iPod is 'stolen'. To Ballmer: you're a friggin' idiot. Sit down and shaddup. Read more at silicon.com.

I played Cypress Creek today, a golf course with an incredibly lame website. The course is just north of Boynton Beach Boulevard on Military Trail. Today was a business meeting as well as a chance to see if I was still playing well. The meeting went well, and I played fairly well too.

Former Pittsburgh Steeler Justin Strzelczyk died after being thrown from his pickup truck after a crash with a hazardous materials tanker truck on I-90 in NY. He had led police on a 37-mile high-speed chase, thrown a beer bottle at them, and crossed the center line. The driver of the tanker was released without injury. […]

When you answer, please consider only […]

I was bored yesterday and didn't feel like doing work, so I ducked out at 2 and arrived at 3 to play the East course at Bonaventure Country Club. At 6519 yards from the whites (and 7001 from the blues), the course was in a mucky, muddy condition. None of my drives rolled at all, […]

For some reason, comments from people who log in via TypeKey are not showing as TypeKey comments. I'm not sure what the deal is there, but I'm going to upgrade this blog from MT 3.0.1D to MT 3.1.1 now. Templates and the display of this site may be screwy for awhile. We shall see…

Question: Who won the debate, and why? My Answer: I didn't watch too much, but I caught pieces here and there. Kerry kept saying "I'll do better" and Bush kept saying "uhhh" when pausing for words. Bush won, 53% to 47%, only because Kerry can say he has a plan all he wants, but it […]
