It's not going to happen, most likely, but Chuq has a good bit on how Apple could enable ICE in addition to "dial 911" when your iPhone is locked.
I'd do this. I have RoadIDs and things when I'm running, but when I'm just out I've only got my wallet on it, and it may or may not be accessible (and does not have my wife's name and contact info in it).
Which makes me think: maybe I should make an ICE card and put it in my wallet.

For years I've worn a pair of rimless Silhouette eyeglasses. They were lightweight, flexible, and worked well. I got a pair of sunglasses and a new pair in the same model four years ago, but it was time for a change.
I ended up going with the Oakley Clubface frames. I didn't even know what they were called - I simply liked that they had a little bit of a rim along the top and the color seems to work. I don't do well with very square frames or lenses, so these are round enough to work.
I didn't notice until well afterwards that they were named "Clubface." Perfect for a golf instructor, right? The Oakley site says:
We marveled at the smooth contours of high-end golf sticks when we designed CLUBFACE, a work of C-5™ alloy that hits the sweet spot on original style. All that dimensional curvature creates a fresh look from every angle. UNOBTAINIUM® earsocks maintain a comfortably secure fit, and spring hinges bring precise mechanics to a frame that puts dimension in personality.
You have to get your hands on CLUBFACE to appreciate the art of 3-D thinking. Five metal compounds gave us an alloy that flows into curves and contours without adding excess weight, so you'll have the comfort you deserve and the durability you need. From the dimensional nose bridge to the subtly concave earsocks, we worked every angle to give the active look a new definition.
Uhm, yeah. They're just eyeglasses frames, people.

I really hope to be able to afford a Tesla (i.e. I hope they become less expensive) some day, but these three posts tell an interesting tale of media bias. Why a journalist would be biased against electric cars I have no idea, but… there you have it.

The takeaway:
In conclusion, Brooks has a shoe with a great deal of potential in the PureDrift. The first incarnation has some shortcomings that I was able to remedy with an insole swap, but I think only some minor tweaks would be required to take this shoe to another level in future incarnations. Iād redesign the integrated footbed to remove seams along the margins, soften the sole just a tad, or include a slightly beefier insole (like the current PureCadence 2 insole). With the tweak I made, I foresee this shoe remaining on my active rack for quite awhile!

This article talks about how to get rid of duplicate entries in the "Open With…" contextual menu.
I've had this command in my nightly (user) cron file for many months now:
# Flush Launch Services Cache
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/
LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

Seriously, it's 2013. I have 32 GB of RAM. And Safari still craps out all the time and has to reload every page I've loaded with as few as 20 tabs open.
Rarely can you even close tabs to rectify the situation. It seems like once it gets into that state it won't let you get out of it very easily.
Clearing the cache regularly doesn't seem to help.
It's 2013 and we have Mac OS X 10.8 and Safari 6.x. C'mon, people, figure this crap out.
