I have a partner in a business. Our shares aren't equal, but we'd like to set up a business (like an LLC or something, to protect us individually from liability). We're paid a sum of money once each month, and the next day, we'd each withdraw our percentage to our personal bank accounts.
I don't want to have to file corporate taxes - the "company" would never incur any expenses on its own, it'd never carry a balance for more than a day or so at a time, and all money would be disbursed, at the set percentages, to two people.

30/31/32 are your early 30s, then 33-36 are definitely your mid-30s. Maybe "early" excludes 30 and covers 31-33, but in either case, as of today, I'm in my mid-30s for sure.

I've now run over 200 miles, and the picture to the right says "202" right now (201.89 miles).
Here's a weekly look at my mileage. The "1" on week 1 is due to the fact that DailyMile weeks start on Mondays and January 1 was a Sunday. 🙂 The gap came when I took ten days off to rest my calves. Something, it turns out, I may be doing a bit more of now.
I've lost around 15 pounds, conservatively, and even people who see me fairly frequently have commented on how much thinner I look. I'm still eating largely the same - I simply eat smaller portions and mix in a few healthier choices when possible. My legs, which always had decent "muscle memory" in terms of definition, are now even more defined. The upper body, well, it's slimmer. I'm working with a personal trainer too on developing and maintaining at least a little core and upper body strength.

I ran five miles today. Farthest I've run, and frankly, it was nowhere near as terrible as I thought it might be. The key is simply to have the right kind of distraction. 🙂
If I run 1 and 3 miles Friday and Saturday, I should hit 200 miles total on Sunday since joining DailyMile in November of last year. I still remember when the numbers were two digits long, so it'll be pretty nifty to see the number tick over to one that starts with a "2."
I won't be getting one, though. My Mark II (and, heck, the original 5D I have) are still great cameras. But I have $4k set aside for something - a new Mac Pro, most likely - but if Apple officially kills that line (goodness I hope not!) or something, then a 5D Mark III may fit the bill.

I got two pair of running boxers at Sam's Club for $4.81 total. My first run in them went pretty well. As I was putting the pair in the wash, I noticed this bit of Chinglish (or a typo) and decided to take a picture.

This video is making the rounds. It shows a helmet cam view of a fourth grader trying a larger ski jump for the first time. Make sure you have the audio on.

With highs reaching the 70s in the next week and winter pretty much behind us, I must say: I couldn't have picked a better winter to start running.
Seriously.
I think we're going to cancel our YMCA membership soon. Maybe we'll resume it next fall because I hate the treadmill that much, and at least the tiny track there will offer some sort of motion.
